Architecture & Lifestyle
Transcend
The Limits of Space And Time
With Meaning And Merit
Meaning & worthiness are riches of a lasting opulence.
Accepting only bona fide, genuine qualities as a way of life – from our things to our time, our homes to the lives we lead in them – means always remaining true to who you are.

Poignant, timeless architecture
designed to weather whichever
way the tides & trends turn.

Jervois Privé is a modern architectural interpretation of the classic, centuries-old black-and-white bungalows found throughout its locale.
Old world charm is coupled discerningly with contemporary tropical brutalism. Off-form concrete exteriors are meaningfully employed for a home that would go on to age beautifully against a dynamic urban landscape – and stand through generations.
Yip Yuen Hong, Architect
Co-Founder & Partner, ip:li Architects
“There are valuable aspects to the colonial black-and-white bungalows we should never lose sight of.
I see my task as an architect as adapting these aspects to our present context.”
Yip’s design practice seeks authenticity through simplicity in form and space. Pragmatic with a conceptual and exploratory touch, Yip’s creative process results in purposeful, moving architectural structures that are soulful and timeless.
